FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair and I compete with anyone. Im a small company so it allows me to create prices based on the specific job at hand. One think I have learned is that not one job is alike so I take me time and price/quote accordingly. Here are my summer specials. 1) Rain Bird Sprinkler Head Upgrade (starting at $200 up to 20 heads). 2) Replace Index Valve (Starting at $200) 3) System Maintenance check-up or Diagnosis ($100).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a Hospitality Major, I’m easy to talk to, it just comes natural to me. But, what’s most important is getting the trust from customers. I will take the time to investigate your system to find the problem. Sometimes it takes a few minutes and other times it could take up to an hour. Either way, it allows me to prices and quote accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over ten years of irrigation experience, I like to consider myself a sprinkler/irrigation specialist. I have installed sprinklers in large fields and/or one small zone for someone’s front yard. I am also certified by Rain Bird as a product professional.
