She called me 10 minutes earlier than my anticipated appointment time. Was very spot on with many things, even mentioned my mother’s name which took me by surprise because she had no knowledge of her name whatsoever as it was never mentioned. She took my mind off of many doubts I had. I definitely recommend 5/5 in my book!
