- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our translation service is always affordable. We charge by page or by word depending on the project. Our rates are fair compared to our competitors and we strive on that and great customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we communicate we have customer send documents via email. We then quickly reply with quote and details to proceed. We are located in Miami but service worldwide. If hard copy is needed we use FedEx Express for shipping.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors from FIU in international business and management. I am also a member of the ATA. Our translators are ATA certified or have degrees and backgrounds in linguistics.
