FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At JLA Creative, we believe in transparent, straightforward pricing tailored to the needs of each project. Pricing may vary based on the type of photography, length of coverage, location, and any additional services requested. We’re happy to create custom packages for weddings, events, corporate projects, and portrait sessions, and we’ll always review pricing with you upfront, with absolutely no surprises or hidden fees. Have a specific budget in mind? Let us know! We’re happy to explore options that make sense for your vision and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep the process simple, personal, and stress-free. We start by learning about you, your vision, and what you’re looking to capture. From there, we’ll recommend the best approach, confirm the details and pricing, and make sure everything is planned ahead of your session or event. On the day of your shoot, our goal is to make you feel comfortable while capturing authentic moments that feel like you. Afterward, we carefully edit and curate your images before delivering your final gallery. From the first conversation to the final photos, we’re here to make the experience just as memorable as the images themselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from more than 10 years of hands-on work in professional photography and videography, with a strong background in weddings, portraits, live events, and special occasions. Over the years, we’ve photographed hundreds of weddings and developed the technical skills, creative eye, and attention to detail needed to capture both the big moments and everything in between. We’re also continuously expanding our skills and services. Most recently, we’ve begun incorporating drone photography and videography, with a focus on creating dynamic aerial content for real estate professionals and property marketing. We believe the best training comes from a combination of experience, continued learning, and staying current with the latest photography, videography, and editing techniques.
