- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I do have a base price. Then the price goes to worked hours well explained in the invoice. The price is flexible and always depending of the type of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, ask the customer what they need, what are their expectations, then, if is a Web Designer/Developer job, I ask them for some samples, I will need some samples from the competition too. I work on some samples (about two), I send them this samples, they decided and voila!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've participated in multiple courses and workshops, I'm an A+, N+ and MCSA IT Professional, plus my background experience since my first computer when I was 6 years old.
