Mrs. Espinosa is now offering ONLINE VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS due to the COVID-19 global health crisis for those individuals who need help with living wills and trusts, landlord/tenant matters, real estate contracts, and closings. In these uncertain times, her office is here to help you get answers to some of your concerns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, Mrs. Espinosa is offering virtual consultations through FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, or phone call. Please contact us through Thumbtack to discuss and schedule your initial consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mrs. Espinosa attended University of Miami School of Law, where she earned her Juris Degree. After graduating from law school, Patricia worked as a Senior Staff Attorney at the State of Florida Guardian ad Litem representing children who have been abused, abandoned and/or neglected in dependency proceedings while also operating her own law firm. Thereafter, Patricia worked as a Senior Staff Attorney at Voices for Children, Inc. representing minor children who were victims of crimes. Presently, in addition to practicing real estate law, Mrs. Espinosa also owns Concept Title Services, Inc., which services include residential and commercial closings, settlement services, short sale negotiations, and REO closings.
