- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of regional averages of described tasks. I'm not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but definitely one of the best! I attribute my experience, thought process, and love for my trade as to why I'm one of the best in my field!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any and all of my customers I charge a diagnostic/trip charge. Reason being is because I have a wonderful customer base who keep me busy and value my time. I credit the diagnostic/trip charge to the job if accepted. Lets face it to get to a residence to give an estimate cost time and money.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this trade at an early age by sorting fittings for my Dad who has been plumbing since before I was born.
