Responded within an hour and had appointment later that same day. Troubleshot the problem and sent me images to buy parts so I could install them myself (my preference) and avoid a second appointment.

Abarrzz remedied a issue with both my dishwasher and refrigerator. The dishwasher was leaking, the remedy was just misalignment. After a quick readjustment the issue was resolved. I appreciated the honesty of the repairman by not making up a unneeded repair.
Secondly, the refrigerator ice maker wouldn’t dispense ice. The repairman diagnosed the issue and provided the parts to order to remedy that issue. After the parts were delivered the repairman came back out to successfully repair the issue. I’m very pleased with the honesty, professionalism, quality and value of the work performed.

Abarrzz sent a repair person several days earlier than anyone else could schedule us. The company kept me advised as to the precise time to expect Erich. He was able to check out the entire unit and advise us as to how to proceed. Unfortunately the refrigerator is not economically repairable and he did not try to have us purchase expensive alternatives.
