If you are looking for a home inspector that covers every aspect of an inspection a man who is kind, patient and thorough in his business you’re in the right place. Mr.Richard is beyond capable of giving you then inspection you need. In my experience I needed a home inspected which I thought was dream home. This home literally had hidden secrets. I’m grateful to have had an inspector who was able to find all the things that could make or break the deal. I’m glad to have had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with Mr.Richard, he is very attentive to detail and has knowledge in real estate that he uses when inspecting the home that could give you a great chance when negotiating the prices of your home. In my gpa’s word You got you a great inspector ! So If you are looking for a very thorough, kind, and patient man. This is your guy ! Thanks so much Mr.Richard God’s blessings to you.
