Dianne did a move-in clean for us for a newly purchased house. She was waiting for us when we arrived - always a good sign. She went right to work after asking if we had a preference of where we wanted her to start. Her son was her helper for the day and he was efficient and effective also. They worked seamlessly together. I was impressed that they dusted our baseboards (which wasn't even discussed). Every item on my list was done and a little more. They wet mopped my patio and the patio wasn't even included on my list. They finished ahead of schedule, but didn't rush. I will definitely use her for my apartment move-out cleaning, and also for quarterly deep cleans. If you hire Dianne, I think you will be well-pleased as I was! (And I'm a very picky person about cleaning.)

Diane was not only professional, but came with all of her own supplies, was very reasonably priced, and did an excellent job cleaning in a timely manner. I'm so glad I hired her, and am going to have her continue to come bi-weekly.

Diane came in and went right to work cleaning my apt. She is friendly, but not intrusive and thorough in her cleaning. I will be using her regularly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have had some customers say my prices are lower than other professionals. I believe I have reasonable rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually the customer and I talk on the phone or through Thumbtack first. I set up a time for a consultation or to go ahead and do the cleaning. I listen to what the customer tells me if they have any specifics about the cleaning or if they have any questions for me and after we have our discussion then I will proceed to do the cleaning.
