- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have had some customers say my prices are lower than other professionals. I believe I have reasonable rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Usually the customer and I talk on the phone or through Thumbtack first. I set up a time for a consultation or to go ahead and do the cleaning. I listen to what the customer tells me if they have any specifics about the cleaning or if they have any questions for me and after we have our discussion then I will proceed to do the cleaning.
