FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very affordable and budget friendly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you must completely understand their needs and see if you can accommodate them 100%. Be open and honest, explain to your new customer that a first time cleaning takes longer than a normal clean, to get the home caught up from neglect. I also like to take a little tour during my estimates to inspect for any pests infestation. Which you never want transferred from one house to another. I like to set realistic time goals and work with their schedule and budget to provide what they want .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 15 years of restaurant management experience under my belt, I’m proud to say I’ve passed all health inspections, upheld all safety guidelines, and passed all building codes during my time in management. To me that’s a big deal, because you’re dealing with food, something that directly affects your body and health. So the environment and contact surfaces need to be cleaned and sanitized. I’m also trained and practice in the procedures and prevention of the Covid virus.
