Mrs. Turkson made a stressful and time-consuming task, into a seemless and delightful experience. Although she was unable to reduce the amount of signatures our lender required (no fault of hers, of course), she was able to smoothly expidite the process with her "attention-to-detail" in planning. She showed up early with all prepared documents ready to sign. There was not any fumbbling or re-organizing, or missing paperwork. The whole experience was professional (extreemely) from to start, and all was "said and done" before our appointment was even scheduled to start. Satisfaction is hard to come by these days, but Excellence is a rarity. Thank you, Mrs. Turkson, for helping us complete this process and the EXCELLENT service you have afforded us. I may, not again, require the services you have provided this "go round" but rest assured if I do, I know who to contact.
