- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We honor all advertised discounts with our logo or name on it. We do not charge any fees other than the cost of the work completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just reach out and let us know what it is you would like cleaned. We will come out if needed to inspect surfaces and grime of all kinds. If you prefer virtual we use our software to inspect and provide an estimate. Once the estimate is ready, we will share with you - this gives you the opportunity to see what the scope of our work will cover. When you approve the estimate we will immediately connect with you to schedule the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal degree or anything — just straight-up hands-on experience. I bought my first pressure washer in 2017, started experimenting in my own driveway and on neighbors’ stuff, and quickly got hooked on soft washing once I saw how much better (and safer) it is than high pressure. Been doing this full-time ever since, taken a bunch of the top soft-wash courses (Delux, Doug Rucker, etc.), and have cleaned well over 100 houses, fences, roofs, and driveways right here in Clay and St. Johns counties. My training is trial, error, and hundreds of happy customers.
