- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always try to keep up with the latest edition of the policies and laws that govern notaries. I also am looking for other educational opportunities to expand my certification and background in efforts to expand my services for my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2008 I became a disabled Army veteran. I was discharged and I felt tossed out on my behind with no skills to sustain a living in the civilian life and what skills and experience I did have, I was no longer able to do those things because of my disabilities. I struggled for almost six and a half years trying to find a job suitable for me and I came up with my business model for Veterans Notary Public and Courier Service. I hope that I can grow my business to hire more veterans, disabled and non-disabled alike in hopes to make them feel like they have a purpose in life and that the too can provide for their families.
