RYAN AND HIS BROTHER WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE A NO NON SENSE COMPANY. WHEN THEY GOT TO MY PROPERTY THEY GOT STRAIGHT TO WORK AND THEY DID NOT STOP UNTIL THEY GOT FINISHED. We have been fighting with Fpl about an electrical issue. The lights on our house were going from dim to extra bright. Our battery backup was either screaming or clicking. Fpl told us twice the problem was on our side. RL Baker Electric came out and told us our side was fine. He called and opened a ticket for repairs. Fpl closed it again stating nothing was wrong. I called RL Baker back and next thing I know, I had a supervisor calling me and had another supervisor at my home yesterday afternoon. It is finally fixed. There were loose connections on the transformer. That isn't on me. It was so good to be at home last night and not watch the lights go off and on. Thank you!!!
