- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Top Rail Fence would love to give you a free estimate for your fencing project to be sure we are giving you options inside your budget. We offer competitive pricing with all our different types and styles of fence. We aren't always the least expensive, sometimes we are, then other times we aren't but rest assured you will receive a high quality product from a fully licensed and insured fence contractor that will do the job right the first time. Fencing is all we do. Top Rail is locally owned here in the Florida Panhandle and has 60+ other locations nationwide. We have excellent buying power to give you the best product at the best price possbile. We do occasionally have offers that we distribute during certain times of the year for various promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'd love to initially talk with you about your project to be sure we understand your project and needs. Then we are happy to come out, say hello, see your project, measure and draw out your project and give you professional options for any type, style and budget you desire. We will give you a written estimate to be sure we are all clear about expectations. Our goal is to provide you with a custom taylored solution that works best for you and your budget. Whether its a new pool, a new pet or just trying to keep somthing securely in or out of your yard we can handle your project for you. Communication is key throughout the process. You won't be wondering what's going on with your project. We will communicate with you thoughout the process even after the job is completed. We believe the sale isn't completed once the installation is done. If there's a problem we are there for you. Again, complete customer satisfaction is our #1 goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Top Rail Fence is locally owned and operated and is a part of a nationwide fence company called Top Rail Fence. We are a member of the American Fence Association. Top Rail Fence has over 60 locations nationwide that have been making customers happy for 10+ years. Our network of locations installs tens of thousands of fences of all kinds every year. Be choosy who you allow to work at your home. It's important to be sure your fencing contractor is fully licensed and insured. That ensures there wont be any surprises when it comes to unforseen issues.
