He noticed that there were several misplaced/ incorrectly sized screws and replaced them for me. George came back to see the completed work and made sure I was pleased. Derrick built an aluminum carport structure on my house. He also did a re-hab of my enclosed patio (new screens, painted, fixed bent aluminum). They are exactly as I expected.
