- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide transparent, detailed estimates so you always know exactly what you’re paying for. All labor, materials, and allowances are clearly outlined, and any changes are reviewed with you before work proceeds. We don’t believe in hidden fees or surprise charges. While we don’t offer broad discounts, we do leverage efficient planning and in-house coordination to help you get the most value from your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand your goals, budget, and timeline. From there, we guide you through planning, design selections, and a clear written proposal. Once approved, we handle all scheduling, permits, materials, and trade coordination. Throughout your project, you’ll receive consistent updates so you always know how things are progressing. At completion, we perform a final walkthrough and address any punch-list items to ensure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings a mix of formal construction training and 25+ years of hands-on building experience in both the residential & commercial space. We stay current with Florida building codes, permitting requirements, structural standards, and best practices for both remodeling and new construction. We also maintain all required state licensing and continually invest in training to deliver high-quality craftsmanship and project management.
