- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
not really it always depends on what the customer wants,it can range from $60 per month and go up to $160 it usually depends on the size of the lot and how much mowing edging weed eating and other services that you wanted added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go out meet with customer,answer any questions they have, I give them information about Simply Lawn Care and what we do,then i find out what they are looking for in lawn service, I walk the lawn to see what plants tree and get ideal of the size of the property and how much time it would take to service the lawn, then I give them a free proposal,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
license through the Department of Agriculture consumer of Florida and I go to continued education about two to three times a year for the classes they have
