Dana is a life saver! I reached out to her out of desperation-my mothers apartment was in clutter disaster and I needed help. She was able to go through piles and piles of mess and not only create order and systems but also beauty! My mom is in early Alzheimers and unable to do this work on her own. Danas expertise, patience, calmness and understanding of how to work with dementia created the environment through which we were able to completely organize several bedrooms in a short amount of time. Dana is efficient, sweet as pie, and knows what shes doing. I trust her completely and will only be using her services from here forward as we complete the rest of the apartment. I want Danas touch in every room! I went from feeling completely overwhelmed and unsure where to start, to clear, relieved and joyful. To see my mom go from confused and cluttered to laughing and actually able to look at her pictures and enjoy her spacethat is something you cant really describe in words. Omgosh thank God I was able to find and contact Dana last minute from an ad I saw on OfferUp. She was kind enough to take a look and provide the quote the same day. Dana helped me dispose of old foods and set apart all items I need to dispose aside which was huge help because I had a lot of stuff. She brought boxes, tape, and heavy duty trash backs. She packed my clothes, dishes, and all the miscellaneous items from hair supplies, electronics, all of it. She cleared all my cabinets and drawers and packed them neatly and organized them so the unpacking wouldnt be too much of a hassle. She also offered to drop the items at the thrift store which was such a huge help for me because I was in a time crunch.Thank you, Dana!! Literally so heaven sent!!!

Dana has been helping us for years, and really came through again during the chaos of May with our son's homework/craft station. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparency around pricing is important to me. My standard organizing sessions are 4 hours for $297. This allows enough time to make meaningful progress and create systems that are both functional and sustainable. Additional time or follow-up sessions can be discussed based on your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a brief intake phone to talk through your space, goals, and any immediate concerns. From there, I offer a complimentary consultation to assess the space and create a plan. Decluttering sessions and organizing sessions are scheduled separately, depending on your needs and priorities. Once systems are in place, optional maintenance sessions are available to help keep everything running smoothly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience organizing a variety of residential spaces and continue to expand my skills through professional organizing education and ongoing training. My approach combines practical organizing systems with a thoughtful, client-centered process focused on creating spaces that are functional, calming, and easy to use.
