Michelle has helped me work through neck, foot, joint and flexiblity issues. She has extensively increased the strength in my core, legs, and back. My neck pain is minimal. My back and posture are correcting and stronger! Michelle has shown and is still showing me how to work out and weight lift correctly, to heal where possible, and give me confidence when I was struggling mentally. Michelle is worth her weight in gold!!! I also lost 10 inches off my body in 12 weeks! Now that I can lift better and train smarter, I can go on to my next set of goals with this spectacular personal trainer! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The price for a one time individual session is $50/hour; however, there are advantages to paying for monthly sessions in advance. Partner and small group training sessions also provide more cost effective pricing, plus you get extra motivation and energy from the group to push yourself even further!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It's important to understand your goals and your WHY, so the first meeting is really learning as much as I can and making sure I can help you achieve those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?The one constant in our time as a military family the last 18 years has been fitness and wellness - both personally and professionally. What began as a way to earn a little extra money 18 years ago quickly evolved into meeting people on their level and helping them realize their potential. With several format certifications (PiYo, BoxFit bootcamp, TRX, Funky Beatz) as well as personal trainer certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, my passion for helping people on their fitness journeys grows every year.
