What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking down all of the customers information. Educating them on who we are and what we do.We then earn there business by proving our quality of work is next to none! After the job is complete we then follow up from time to time with any questions or concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We keep up to date on all of our equipment, cleaning products and education!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2013 I started my career in the automotive industry and found myself enjoying the clean up process more then anything else so I left my career to grow my exterior cleaning company and bring the level of customer satisfaction that everyone looks for and deserves.
