Residential Home Inspections start at $450 and increase based on square footage of the home being inspected. We offer add on inspections services including pool/spa, dock/pier, wind mitigation and 4 point. Add on services will increase total inspection cost.

Compass Point Home Inspections loves working with new customers. Our process is easy all scheduling, fees, and required documents are handled through our online scheduling platform.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Compass Point Home Inspections, inspectors are educated and certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors(InterNACHI). Our inspectors hold the InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector Certification and are licensed by the State of Florida to perform home inspections.
