- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give a free quote in writing at the time you meet with our consultant. We never guess or give an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has signed a contract, the next step is to schedule a time for our measure tech to come back to the customer's home to do a precise measurement. We then order all of the materials and obtain necessary permitting documents. When all of the materials arrive, then the customer is contacted in order to arrange an installation date. We let our customer know when the crew(s) will arrive and how long the job should take.

We are licensed and insured for residential work. We work directly with the homeowners.
