I sold my private personal training n food nutrition programs.gym, standout trait,one of many,i put nutrition1st formost,b4 starting any fitness program, dont rely on supplements, powders ect. Real healthy fresh foods 1st. Period. I dont just train, write up programs, one size,dont fit all. I also teach,educate my clients, an explain reasons why,i have them do what they do.not just say or point, do this do that. I teach my clients,as i train them.Ect. I live for health food, an my passion is eating an training,properly, i started training,educating myself with bodybuilding,at the age of 15yrs old. My 1st love.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give my clients ,if they come to me a free consultation, evaluation,on what that client needs. I set my pricing, after that consulation apt. If i come to you ,30-45min. Consulation,cost $30.00 if you become my client, that 30$fee goes towards your training cost,package. I do daily sessions, weekly,1-2or3month training packages. No contracts!

Yes, i never stop reading, studing, an appling analizing everything,in my training. Also my clients as well
