- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are structured for each specific client based on the needs of the client and the services which we are requested to provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As our clients are typically Home Owners and Condominium Owners Associations, we normally would communicate directly with the President of the Board of Directors of the Association or other designated member of the Board. This communication would involve determining the size of the Association, the specific services needed and the days or hours per week that an onsite management presence is desired. We would then tour the property, typically with a Board member, and ask any questions that we may have regarding the property. After that meeting a detailed written proposal would be developed and submitted to the Board for their review, questions, and ultimate approval. This written proposal would generally be transmitted to the Board within a week following the initial tour of the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The managing member of Plimsoll Premium Property Management LLC, C. Richard Oren, is a semi-retired attorney and a licensed Community Association Manager in the State of Florida. Linda K Richards, the other member of Plimsoll, is a licensed Community Association Manager in the State of Florida and has over 13 years of experience managing apartment communities, Home Owners Associations and Condominium Association.
