- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide clear estimates upfront, so there is no surprises and focus on delivering quality work that last and I don’t cut corners, but I also make sure people know exactly what they’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial contact with the customer and then I like to make an assessment of the project to give a clear estimate. Arrange the best time and date to start the work. Complete the job and make sure the customer is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Locklin Votech school for training, not to mention I have done this type of work my whole life, alongside my father.
