Dedication. Care about people, and understanding that some are on budgets this day & age, so be willing to work with those who need it on pricing. You may not make as much money, but I always feel good about helping someone out, and they just might become repeat clients, even if they started as a one time clean. My Heritage , a proud Lakota woman, keeps me connected to all animals and their safety, as well as mother Earth and Her safety. so I use that caring in choosing products. We enjoy meeting all the many types of people... and we enjoy what we do.. since i was very young my Ina (mom), always kept a very clean home, and she instilled that in me. I'm a clean fanatic !! love to make things shine.

Pamela and her "crew" came to thoroughly clean my home for a first time cleaning. They said that "first time" takes longer because they do extras. They did a great job on routine cleaning and doing the extras such as blinds, ceiling fans and air vents. Pamela even went above the kitchen cabinets. The three of them worked well together completing the job in 1 1/2 hours. The one thing that I felt they could have done better was to run a dust mop under the furniture. I have all hardwood and tile, (no carpeting) and feel that they should have dusted under the furniture. They did go under some of the pieces but, there were dust bunnies under the large pieces of furniture. It would not have been hard to Swiffer under these pieces (couch, dresser and dining room hutch) as they are raised off the floor.

Thank you for your candid response to our services. It helps me to learn that my crew may be missing things that they have been trained to do. I will bring this up at the next meeting. Cleaning under furniture is an important detail of our services, and needs to be taken care of. After all, those pesky "dust bunnies" can end up blowing all over the place. Will get this done when we see you again.

Pamela and her cleaning crew do an excellent job cleaning. It took a few times visiting to get all the details communicated and expectations clear, but I found her team to be great to work with and unusually responsive. They are affordable and it's fantastic to come home to a clean house! Thanks!!

Due to the many years of experience, our standard is comparable to most others in our area, for 2 professionals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know what they expect from their cleaning company for their home... office...construction buildings, ...and now lawn maintenance !
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I do. Fully insured, with no claims, keep up with OSHA rules. I keep up with new cleaners that come out, test them out too. To make sure that they do what they claim, and do not cause damage.
