I found Jazmine on thumbtack and she was incredible to work with. She is creative and talented and once she understands the vision she is able to execute and take creative liberties without needing constant feedback and input. Hiring a decorator for my daughter’s party was one of the best decisions that I made. If you want someone who is going to make your life easier I highly recommend.
