We hired Biotherm to do a heat treatment at our house. He came out the day we called and stayed for a long time answering our millions of questions without us feeling rushed. Ryan was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable, so professional. He put me at ease immediately. As soon as I called him, he took over the whole process. He worked with me to make sure everything went smoothly. This situation that could have been immensely stressful, was not. With his reassuring ways, he made it look easy.
