Eric is THE ultimate computer guru. It takes just seconds to give him remote control of your computer, which is part of his website, and then he takes off from there...he's been awesome and very patient. He not only fixed my problem, he will be doing the upgrades I asked for, as well!!

Eric was extremely professional, personable and explained what was going on with my desktop and offered me alternatives. Not only did he fix a terrible virus, but protected our network and offered some other advice regarding our TV set- up. I found him to be dedicated to getting things right and his rate was very reasonable for amount of time he worked on the issues. I highly recommend Eric for any of your computer needs. being a former Medical tech sales representative, I appreciated that he arrived on time.
