I charge $75/hr with a $120 minimum. This amount includes travel to the customers location.

Hear the customers concerns, explain and set up an appointment, call the customer 30 minutes before the appointment as a heads up, arrive and have the customer show me what's going on, diagnose the problem(s) and repair, verify with the customer that all issues have been resolved, after the customer is satisfied then collect the customers payment using their preferred method.
