FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing Information My pricing is fair, transparent, and reflects the quality and experience I bring to every job. I charge by the project or by the hour, depending on the type and size of the work. There are no hidden fees — you'll know exactly what to expect before any work begins. Special Considerations: I offer discounts for multiple projects completed during the same visit. If you need help creating a full repair list, I can bundle services to save you money. Estimates are complimentary and honest — no pressure, just helpful advice. I focus on lasting repairs, which can save you from costly fixes down the road. My goal is to provide great value, not just a quick fix.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Process for Working with New Customers Initial Contact: We start with a conversation — ******************************* — where you can tell me about the work you need done. I'll listen carefully to understand your needs. Consultation and Estimate: I’ll schedule a time to visit your home, review the project(s) in person, and offer a free, honest estimate. If needed, I can also help identify additional maintenance issues you may want to address. Project Planning: Once you approve the work, we’ll agree on a timeline, schedule, and final pricing. I’ll make sure you know exactly what to expect, with no surprises. Work Begins: I show up on time, treat your home with respect, and complete the work with professional craftsmanship and care. I also keep the work area neat and safe. Final Walkthrough: After completing the work, I’ll walk through everything with you to make sure you’re completely satisfied. I believe in doing the job right the first time. Follow-Up: Even after the work is finished, I’m available if you have any questions or need further assistance.
