Brian's work was always prompt and reliable. He was very easy to work with throughout our project, Dreamscape's team was always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Brian's vision created a beautiful front and back yards for us, we have received lots of compliments from neighbors and friends, and we have not hesitated recommending his services to them. I would rate average, not poor only due to the quality of the tree trimming and sod installation. Brian struggles greatly with organization and follow through. Many times, he made time commitments and did not show. He would call later with varied explanations. I came close to halting his work and seeking another company. I understand the delays that storms can cause. Finally, I am left with a major root system to dig out. His response is that he poured gas on it to dry it out and this would help it be removed more easily. I believe that Brian is a talented landscaper with good ideas. With improved organization, this could be a great company.

850 was cost of this project removed 12 ft trailer full of trash laid two palllets of sod weather conditions made it hard to get nice looking sod but job was to be done on Tuesday was finished on monday profit made 400

pricing based on amount of material, I submit itemized list via e-mail it explains price per plant/sod/tree/mulch/labor etc.. so you know exactly what your paying for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
scheduling a time suitable for client to meet on site for full walk through of all areas of project - taking measurements and getting an idea for scope of work. providing design using Landscape Architect 2016 or hand drawn along with pictures of plants and itemized list.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have worked in industry 13 years work with Landscape architect for 5 years non stop day in day out (designs/install/demo/irrigation) - 8+ years of non stop commercial/residential Irrigation installs/revamps/upgrades/repairs for 3 of the biggest well known companies. also installed and repaired Landscape Lighting for those companies.
