I had my very first session with Dr. Joseph and it was everything I needed and more. At first, I was nervous coming into the session because I couldnt exactly put into words what I was feeling, but instantly she understood and made me feel heard. I knew that the session was Holy spirit lead from that moment. Not only did she empathized with me, but she allowed me to understand the root cause of my issues and gave me solutions on what can be done to tackle those issues. I left the session feeling lighthearted, heard, and ready to move on.So, if youre not looking for someone who genuinely cares about mental health, someone who will speak life into you and your situation, someone who cares and is lead by the spirit then do not book.
