Preliminary Budget & Planning: We develop an initial project budget based on the proposed scope of work. For projects requiring architectural plans, engineering, or permitting, we offer preconstruction services to help define the scope and refine costs before construction begins. 4. Detailed Pricing & Customer Approval: We coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, review material selections, and develop a detailed construction budget. We clearly explain costs, allowances, overhead, and profit so customers can make informed decisions. 5.
