About
I love being able to take a building or driveway that has long been neglected and return it to it's former glory. There is nothing better than seeing a homeowner marvel at how clean their project can really be. Often we save customers money because they no longer have to get that new paint job they thought they needed. I also enjoy the fact that I get to work outside everyday. There is nothing better than pulling out of the drive to go work outside on one of Florida's gorgeous mornings.

Mike Kindle did an excellent job cleaning our gutters--very professional and thorough. We will no doubt use him again for this service and possibly for pressure cleaning the house and pool cage as well.

When I needed to have a relative's driveway and sidewalk pressure washed, Mike responded quickly with a reasonable quote and completed the work the same week. I'm very happy with the result, the drive and walk look fresh and clean again. I'd hire Mike again and recommend him to others.

Mr. Kindle and his crew did an excellent job and were patient as I had to change the date 2 times. They cleaned my roof, exterior, drive way, a white fence around a large side and back yard and the screened in porch. All algae was removed, no damage to the property and they thought to clean areas I would have missed. Highly recommend them to others.

Mike Kindle was a pleasure to deal with both in our correspondence before he preformed the work and also during the work process. He arrived promptly and completed the work in a timely fashion. Another thing is he cared about how the work was going as he kept rechecking his work to make sure that not one single area had been missed. When I went out to show him a single spot that needed extra attention he was already there taking care of that area.     We wash houses, driveways, sidewalks, pool enclosures, patios, porches, fences, sheds, awnings, gutters, pavers and more. If it can be washed with water then we can clean it!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Be sure to hire a professional pressure washing contractor ( like us ) who knows the correct detergents and methods of cleaning to utilize. Homes can be easily damaged by the untrained pressure washer. Please hire a knowledgeable contractor that will keep your property safe.
