I had Cold Front redo my vents that weren’t done right. I’m so happy I did them! The old ones were so loud! When putting the vents in, I had already had my walls painted so it was important that they be careful not to mess up what was done. The guys wore gloves to put the vents in and cleaned up ALL their mess! What an amazing thing! Especially here, in Florida, where so many of the construction workers just don’t care. I can’t talk about his prices because he did the work through a GC, Octopus Remodeling, who I would never recommend! The only issue I had was Julio didn’t respond to my texts. He was being loyal to the GC but a text telling me to communicate through the GC would have been better than no response at all. That’s the reason a 4 star vs 5star. I highly recommend this company and have already recommended them to someone else!

Their responsiveness is above par. And alway respond to my issues within a short period time or schedule a time to visit. Cold Front are awesome to work with.

I am very satisfied with the service provided. The technician was extremely punctual and professional throughout the entire visit. The work was completed efficiently, and the quality of the job met my expectations. I especially appreciated how clearly the technician explained each step of the process, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. Overall, a very professional experience, and I would gladly recommend this company.
