Tom responded right away. He was at my house repairing my Air Conditioner within 30 minutes of my call. After the repair was made, I decided to have a new unit installed. The price and installation of my 4 ton was more than fair. Definitely no price gouging. I highly recommend Nautical for workmanship, permitting, along with great pricing.

My sister's 2-ton air conditioning system finally failed after years of service, so I contacted several local HVAC contractors for replacement estimates. The prices were shockingly high, including the quote from Home Depot's contractor.

Tom and his Crew were awesome! He was very professional and so knowledgeable where the other companies I received estimates from were over the top!
He was very prompt and the installation was performed very efficiently.
Most of all, I know we can call on Nautical Cooling without blinking an eye, and they will be here for us. This is important living in Florida.
