FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fair, for repairs I am generally much lower than almost everyone I have come behind. Installations I am not the cheapest but I am far from the most expensive, you will be getting absolutely nothing short of high quality craftsmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone reaches out, I start by listening. I want to understand the issue or what they’re trying to accomplish. From there I’ll usually set up a time to come out, inspect the system properly, and give an honest assessment. No pressure, no upselling — just clear options and pricing. If they decide to move forward, we schedule the work, keep communication open, and make sure everything is done right the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the HVAC trade for over 15 years. I’m a licensed contractor here in Florida and I also teach HVAC at Lorenzo Walker Technical College in Naples. Staying in the classroom keeps me sharp and up to date with current codes, equipment, and best practices.
