We had such great service by Michael getting our networks switched over and handling a bunch of software issues we had. It was a big job and Michael was so amazing and helpful. Received daily messages saying my universal drivers needed to be updated. Not the case! Naples Computer Support checked all drivers which were functioning normal. Files and desktop were organized for a more appealing look.

I had a Dell laptop that crashed and all the other "consultants" and Geeks said it could not be revived. Not so - Michael brought it back to life. Yippee! Now he is assisting me with a Samsung tablet that has a software glitch. Its great to have him available when needed.
