This Company is a Family Business. They all work together and made our Renovation a Pleasure to do. FYI they were under budget and finished on time. We planned the work while we were on Vacation They sent use daily Photos That was a great peace of mind to keep us updated daily

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are based on 12% of the cost to build or repair a Project For FIRE REBUILDS we give a 2% discount This means your repair cost is 10% plus Labor and Materials We also give receipt copies of the build to the Owners
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers call us and we go to the Address and figure out the Cost of the repairs. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR ESTIMATES !!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is from Hands on Construction I am a Licensed Contractor which means I have gone through California Licensing Requirements We Encourage Continuing Education to understand new Code requirements.
