I particularly enjoy representing veterans, teachers, and members/retirees of labor unions. Criminal defense case fees are based on the level of charge and most of the time are a flat fee with additional conditions. Divorce and family law case fees are usually hourly. Fees are based on the complexity of your case and your willingness to co-operate and understand your role as a client. In some cases I offer reduced hourly rates based on your income and your available resources. I have clients from all different circumstances and backgrounds.
