This was our first visit with this company. Manuel showed up early after sending messages via text and email that he was on his way. He came in and asked questions to be sure that the service he was about to provide for our Goldendoodle was what we wanted. Our 80 pound very friendly rambunctious dog is not easy and does not like the blow -dryer and Manuel did a magnificent job, the dog loved him and we are thrilled with the service! We will be calling again when the next groom is needed!

Manuel was very kind and had patience while I tried to get my cat as this was her first time getting bathed. He took pictures of her to show me how she did which was really nice and reassuring. She looked calm. When he was done she came back with the cutest bow and looked thinner since he removed a lot of her hair. Thank you for such a great service experience for both kitty and I.
