FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are always fair and competitive. Will we always be the cheapest? Not always. We hire the best talent available and that costs money. We found over the years that finding the cheapest labor can result in issues with team members. We try to save our customers money whenever possible through effective methods, better material prices and smarter project management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When engaging with a new customer, we like to schedule a meeting to discuss their requirements. This is our opportunity to listen carefully to what they want and document it so we can create an accurate estimate and scope of work. Once we understand the scope and requirements, we will draft a proposal along with plans. As needed, we will submit plans to city for approval. If we are working with a GC, we may ask for a meeting with a few of the other subcontractors to ensure we have a cohesive game-plan and everyone is in sync. As the project starts and throughout, we will communicate with the client contact. We will keep the job-site safe, clean, secure and our team members will conduct themselves professionally at all times. The project will be smooth and the outcome will be excellent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is certified in their respective fields. We put all team members through heavy equipment training, safety training and we always have pre/post meetings each day to ensure everyone is on the same page.
