We hired Rustam to complete some work on a property we bought. We live in another state so it was important that to find someone that we could trust to do the job and do it right since we weren’t there. We are thrilled that we came across his profile. He is amazing, super honest, and does amazing work. We hired him to do some electrical work in the kitchen, install a backsplash, paint all of the walls in the unit, install blinds, fix exterior siding, and install door knobs to get the place ready for a new tenant. He called any time he had a question, he face timed us and sent us photos and videos of the work as it progressed. He and his son Samir were amazing to work with! His son will also be taking photos for us and creating a video for our rental listing. They literally do it all, we are so fortunate to have found them! We will be using him again for future repairs!

We have used Rustam both in our former home and now in our new home. He has helped us with plumbing and electrical issues as well as tiling our shower/ tub area. He is very knowledgeable and thinks the job out throughly before proceeding. Everything has been done to our complete satisfaction.
