I booked this studio to help me learn some makeup fundamentals that I didn't get growing up. Karen not only made time for a same day virtual appointment but took the time to understand what my needs were, where my knowledge gaps are, and help me to gain confidence in trying out some techniques ahead of an event tomorrow. Truly pleased and will book again if I need help in the future.

As a woman in her early 50's, it can be really overstimulating to walk into Sephora, but this Merle Norman was amazing and everyone in there was so cooperative and knew how to help me so well. all the products are such good quality but also while I was there they helped me pick everything that I needed based on what they though was best for me. Love it there!
