5 plus plus plus it is working-they fixed it!!!! What a lifesaver!!! I purchased an elliptical with iFit-got a great deal but machine would not work!! I googled and found Quick Fitness Repairs at 10pm on Saturday Night!!! I sent a message (not expecting any response) and I actually got a response!!! It was the owner David who text me and then we actually spoke on the phone and made the appointment for Sunday Morning!! David arrived right on time and was kind, professional, understanding and told me all about what was wrong and what he was doing. It was fixed in no time. David responded quickly to my text and set up an appointment for the next day to evaluate my treadmill which was turning off on its own after a second or two. Per the web site the initial eval was $125 for maintenance and eval. David came as promised and checked my treadmill. He noted that the machine had two issues both with a likely short in the upper and lower computer. He felt because of the age of the treadmill the cost of repairing (if he could find the parts ) was not worth the investment. He declined to charge me the $125. He requested only the cost of his gas. Its rare to find an honest fellow in todays world. I highly recommend David and his company. 5 out 5 stars. Excellent service.
