Introduction: I develop, design and make 3-D cakes as well as those ones seen in the local stores and shops. I've recently updated my skills by acquiring an associate's degree in baking and pastry from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
Beyond the usual flavors, I've made cakes for persons who suffer from diabetes and celiac disease.
My baking skills cover all realms of pastry work, from cookies to cupcakes, bars to danishes, and candies to marshmallows. At this time, all my work is done out of my home; it just adds to the "home-cooked" feeling.
